Specific Requirement:
The candidate should have at least Senior Technical School certificates or Diploma with 3-8 years of related experiences from reputable technical school. Software Ability: 3-D CAD (PDMS) and/or 2-D AutoCAD for Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas facilities and Petrochemical Projects.

General Qualification:

1.  Principal Designer Under general supervision, plans, assigns and schedules work and is responsible for the progress and quality of deliverables of a section or group of designers generally assigned to a single project or working in a specialized field. Has responsibility for technical direction of design work. Provides technical guidance and may make recommendations to management on performance and development of others within the group. Job role is responsible for a measurable asset such as an assigned staff and budget. Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 8-10 years related experience or an undergraduate degree and 6 to 8 years. This is a project lead design position.

2. Senior Designer
Under direct supervision, performs layout and design work from the basic data supplied. Applies advanced level techniques in computer design and standard design applications. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 7 years related experience or an undergraduate degree and 5 years. This is the senior level, non-supervisory design position. This is the highest level of non-supervisory design work and includes senior level Designers.

3. Designer
Under direct supervision, performs layout and design work from the basic data supplied. Applies advanced level techniques in computer design and standard design applications. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 5 years related experience or an undergraduate degree and 3 years. This is the journey level design position. Qualification:

• The Candidate must have at least 3 – 6 experiences in similar position

Job Description:

• Issue weekly report that has the updated status for:

1. Steel tickets that have been issued for fabrication.
2. Fabrication status of all tickets
3. Delivery status of all tickets
4. Erection status of all tickets

• Primary point of contact for all issues in the highlands dealing with problems and/or changes to new drawings to be issued and QA/QC drawings that needs to be issued to LIP for fabrication.
• Do all sequencing and prioritization of all steel before they are issued to ensure fabrication and delivery is done in the correct order. Advise and review any problems with the project engineers.
• Review and keep track of all Receipt of Material (ROM) for all material delivered from the lowlands.
• Direct all SMG yard activities in the highlands to ensure handover procedures are carried out correctly, and implement all necessary procedures necessary for efficient use of space, manpower, and proper specifications.
• Gather field information to assist in internal design drawings and confirmation/verification of new drawings.
• Direct crews as necessary for project completion in compliance with the design and recommend solutions to field problems.
• Obtain field information to assist design and engineering, and oversee construction field installation to ensure correctness

Purpose of this position:
To ensure system within assigned functional scope is operable, in order to support achievement of section objectives in cost effective, safe and timely manner.

General Requirements:
•S1 Degree in Electrical or Mechanical with minimum 5 years working experience in heavy industrial and mining industry
•Familiar with related equipment (relay protection and switchgear high voltage for Electrical, rotating equipment for Mechanical/Piping).
•Knowledge of mining construction.
•Project Management.
•Other standards competencies.

General Responsibilities:
•Perform problem solving in assigned functional scope, in order to have a fit design regarding field condition and to meet all standard in safe and timely manner.
•Provide data, information and documents (i.e., final report) according to commissioning and start up component/equipment within assigned functional scope to support handover package.
•Perform pretest activities in the middle of ongoing project, in order to ensure within assigned functional scope is operable according to field conditions, cost effectiveness and safety issue.
•Perform commissioning of component/equipment and system test package in advance of start up of actual testing and documented the result as well.
•Identify and implement subordinate's development needs to enhance their capabilities.
•Guide, monitor and control the implementation of safety standards and procedures within work area to minimize accident and damage.

Key challenges in this position include:
•Deal with project complexity in time limited, broad area of work and high-risk installation.
•Technology transformations of system and or installation are fast.

Key areas in which you have decision-making responsibility are:
•Technical review on design or work procedures, including the decision on Field Change Notice (FCN) for assigned installation based on field inspection and testing.
•Perform a test of specific request within assigned installation area.
•Approve subordinate's leave request.
•Stop operation if there is any unsafe condition or violation.

Engineering Design Services:

·        Set the methodologies and tools used for engineering design work.

·      Ensure that all process and products of engineering design work comply with the standards and regulations.

·       To have coordination with Senior Engineers of other discipline, and report progress of engineering design work to Chief Engineer.

Construction Supervision Services:

·        Manage the issue drawings, specifications and related technical documentation to the Contractor.

·        Supervision of field engineering staff to ensure that works are undertaken to the required designs, specifications, standards and HSQE requirements.

·        Responsible for technical supervision and monitoring / chasing progress of high volume work items.

·        Liaise with designers and other parties to ensure that all necessary design information is issued proactively.

·        Review and acceptance of Contractors Inspection & Test Plans

Project Control Services:

·        Ensure that Assurance / close-out documentation is complete in accordance with the Project Control Document.

·        Answer Technical Queries/Request for information in a timely/ expeditious manner to minimize any disruption to planned work activity.

Our Client, a Leading Mining Company in Papua, urgently requires the following position:

Scheduler

Qualification:

·        Minimum Education S1 or D3.

·        At least have 3 (years) years experience in related position

·        Experience in Project Management, Experience in the same field, excellent technical and Engineering, Familiar with MS Project or Primavera and MS Office Product, Understanding CAD Drafting Software.

·        Language proficiency verbal and written in English.

General Responsibilities:

Engineering Design Services:

·        Prepare various work programmed and project schedules to ensure that they meet project requirements. Follow up work program to appropriate parties to ensure timely execution, keep track of the individual program/project.

·        To make a report up to date related with project activity.

Construction Supervision Services:

·        To make a report up to date related with project activity.

Project Control Services:

·        To review progress report from contours, working together with Field Supervisor.

·        To make a report up to date related with project activity.
